As part of the Preview for Line and Form, a fundraising exhibition by Visual Arts students at West Dean College (Friday 16th March, 4-7pm), there will be a launch of ‘Angel Cake’ a unique publication put together by the exhibiting artists.
‘Angel Cake’ is a limited edition box set of seven fine art prints by West Dean Visual Arts students. Printed on Somerset Satin in an edition of twenty, every print is signed and numbered by the artists. A variety of processes have been used, including woodcut, aluminium etching, monotype and screenprint.
The sets are available to purchase for £70, with all proceeds going to support the students’ 2018 Summer Show at Espacio Gallery, London.
Open Day is a chance for prospective students to visit the Visual Arts department, find out more about the various Graduate and Postgraduate programmes, tour the studios and facilities, as well as to meet staff and students. Information about funding support, accommodation and study options will be available.
